(not clear all belt from npc, can clear to get better repop but not annihilate a system) -You are not allowed to use Bots or Macro to farm, as the EULA states. -You must not forget to loot your can and salvage (add up to 40% more ISK per hour). -You must not smack, or be disrespectful toward other players, allied,neutral, or hostile.
